GELATO & CO is open in Castle Rock! 🍨

Even though they opened last month, I had to keep spreading the news. And likewise, we can’t wait away 😆 Their creamy gelato flavors are so delicious and they are always coming up with something new!

🍰 If you’re not feeling gelato or sorbet, you can check out their pastries, ice cream pops, macarons, cakes and more. Their key lime tarts are amazing!

✨ The space is bright and pristine, with a large outdoor seating area as well. So bring the crew!

☕️ Next on my list is to grab an afternoon espresso treat. Since the owners specialize in Italian treats, you know it’s going to be good 😍
