No that’s not the title of my memoir (although it should be 😆). It’s a grub spot in Castle Rock!

If you love hot dogs, baked potatoes, salads, boards…hey if you like to eat, you gotta check it out!

Gluttony & Graze is at Ecclesia Market and I’m excited. How can a hot dog be so good? 😍

You can customize a dog to your liking…get a regular beef dog, or be a true Chicagoan with a Vienna dog, or scale it up with a WAGYU dog. Then go nuts with the toppings!

Literally so many amazing options but I got the cowboy, and there’s some sort of rustic char flavor hidden in there that made me want that hot dog to keep going forever. 🤠

New Yorkers are also true ‘dog enthusiasts too, the other one I have pictured is the New York Street 🏙️

If you need your carbs, hit up the baked potato section of the menu. You can never go wrong with a Frito Pie anything 🌶️

This place is experimental, so they can hook you up with amazing salads and boards too. Truly and sincerely, this place has something for everyone!
