Alidade Brewing

Alidade Brewing is Castle Rock's newest brewery! Two seasoned beer experts in Douglas County have come together to bring their years of knowledge to the beer scene with ALIDADE BREWING, featuring their very own ales and lagers, seltzers, batch draft cocktails made in house, and also pouring wine and NA beers.

Bring the kids? Of course! There's a plentiful patio area to relax out front, and there's also a game room inside with Pac Man and pinball machines (yes, bring dollars and quarters).

No food on site yet, but they'll have snacks behind the bar and food trucks regularly visiting.

We enjoyed all the beers we sampled (the Kolsch being my favorite for the summer!) and can't wait to see what these guys do. Congrats to the Alidade crew and welcome to Castle Rock!
