CUBA CUBA in Castle Rock has become our suburban island retreat 🌴

I can’t get enough of the dishes, drinks and aesthetics 😍 Even in winter it’s like I’m sitting at a beach bar.

🍹 If you love piña coladas and mojitos, this is your jam. They are known for their mojitos with several flavor options, or you can get caipirinhas, margaritas, daiquiris, sangria and more.

🍌 Give me all the plantains…but especially the nachos 😍 served with tostones (like big crunchy plantain chips) with picadillo. This could easily be a meal.

🍟 Yuca frita are big beautiful fries made of cassava and we loved dipping these in a sauce arrangement. I love the texture of these, I get a side of these every time.

🥩 The Vaca Frita is one of my favorite dishes in town…seriously. I ate it too fast to take a video. It’s this tender-yet-crispy flank steak with the best texture and flavor, served with sweet plantains and black beans. LOVE.

👧 Yes, bring the kids! We love this place for date night, but they have a great Cuban kids menu, so your kids can actually try something new 😆

🍮 And this dessert…the Tres Leches cake is on another level. And the Bread Pudding is big and dense enough to share with the whole restaurant.

☕️ I dream of their cafe con leche. Enough said.

Stop in for a drink, for a date night, for dinner with the crew…the staff is fantastic and treat you like family. 🧡
