Want to know what makes the Great Divide Brewery in Castle Rock special? They are the only other location (outside the flagship brewery) to actually brew beer onsite! 🍻

I met up with Great Divide brewer Tim Batog to talk all things beer. While he spends most of his time at the Denver brewery, he treks to Castle Rock monthly to work on experimental seasonal brews. We lucky ducks here in Castle Rock get to enjoy it FRESH; then the brews are shared with the other locations.

On tap right now? A summery Guava Blonde Ale. I’m not a huge fruit beer person, but this is just refreshing and crisp enough that I might be needing a growler for patio nights. 🌅

Tim told me all about how he went to college here in Colorado before working at breweries. He was promoted from within at Great Divide (cheers to that!) and now gets to share his craft with beer drinkers!
