MESA VERDE NATIONAL PARK ✨

We loved stepping back in time and learning about the ancestral Pueblo people who inhabited Colorado nearly 800 years ago. The sights of Mesa Verde are stunning, and you cannot miss the cliff dwellings!

If you decide to book Cliff Dwellings, these breathtaking views are available by reservation only! You can reserve spots for cliff dwelling tours starting 2 weeks prior to your visit, so don’t sleep on this!

There’s a decent amount of stairs and ladders, so instead of bringing a water bottle, bring a hydro backpack 💦 It’s the desert so you’ll want water!

There’s a picnic spot right by Cliff Palace Dwellings, so pack a lunch and enjoy a meal after your tour. 🧺 There’s also a water refill station! 💧

Kids are welcome on the tours, but they have to be able to walk and climb! 👧

Not interested in tours? There's still plenty to see at Mesa Verde! You can take a scenic drive around the park with tons of pit stops, or you can find a desert hike to enjoy the views and scenery.
