Metzler Ranch

METZLER RANCH COMMUNITY PARK is one of those playgrounds that goes on and on and on. This is a great spot for kids who love to play Tag, climb on monkey bars, and generally run around in one giant circle 😆

We put on snow boots and went there on a snowy day, and it was still perfect because there’s a lot of “above ground” area to this playground. The ground is covered in wood chips so it does not get muddy when the snow does melt 👍

🌲 This playground is right by Walmart, so you can conveniently get some errands done and drive over to the adjacent parking lot to burn some energy 🔥

☀️ The playground is part of a larger complex of ball fields, so there’s lots of space to roam for kids of all ages.

🚽 The bathrooms are a small walk away. They are real bathrooms (not portapotties), but they are not right next to the playground. Be prepared for that 😄

🌸 I would not call this a “toddler” park, although my 3yo loved it! I have other recommendations for parks that are suitable for new walkers, but this one I’d say is for kids who are a bit more sure on their feet or for kids who have a parent close by 🧒
