This New Mexican joint in town needs to get on your list ASAP! It’s so much more than Mexican chicken…it’s a broad offering of family recipes made by the nicest staff!

We ordered:

🥑 Guacamole, which was on the milder side so GREAT for my kids

🌮 Carnitas and asada tacos, both huge and made traditionally (with cilantro and onion, so good and lets the meat flavor do the talking)

🌯 A smothered pastor burrito…you guys, this was SO GOOD. The green chile had a great kick and flavor, I want to put it on everything! We tend to like our burritos handheld/not smothered, but this might convert me.

🐔 And of course, the rotisserie pollo! This is not a Costco chicken, this is juicy and bursting with flavor. It’s not spicy, so you can order an entire pollo for the family the share or a smaller size to enjoy as a mini feast. It comes with tortillas so you can build tacos.

🫘 You get sides with the pollo, so I naturally ordered refried beans. These have a kick to them, which I loved! Refried beans are always a palate cleanser for me to help dull down spicy food, but these were amazing and I loved the flavor.

Top the meal off with dessert…you can go traditional with churros, or get their amazing XHANGO CAKE! 🤩 it’s like a cheesecake burrito, decadent and I wish I didn’t have to share. My kid declared it her favorite dessert of all time!
