Royal Gorge Train

ROYAL GORGE TRAIN 🚂

This is one of our spots to bring out-of-town guests who don't want to hike but still get views. You can enjoy a scene train ride through a colossal canyon while ordering food and beverages. 

They have several classes of cars, but we are big fans of the Coach class for the money. You can still get amazing views of the canyons, plus get quick access to the open air car! Riding through the gorge on the open air car is scenic and lovely, even with the chilly weather. It was fun to hop in and out of our train car to take in the gorge, especially when riding under the Royal Gorge Bridge.

The Royal Gorge Train is available year round for seasonal rides and events, like Christmas, Halloween, Oktoberfest and more!
