Welcome to the newest meat market in town! Owned by Douglas County natives and farmers, SALT Craft Meat Market is bringing Castle Rock the most local meats, meals, sauces and accessories to our kitchens.

Taking a look around the shop, you’ll first see a bright new deli case with cuts of meat ready for the grill or oven. Lots of sausages (hello Honey BBQ!), steaks, chops, and my favorite, tri tip sirloin, just to name a few.

A refrigerator showcases ready-to-go soups, deli meats, vegetables, and more! I had my eye on some of the fancy butters 😍

A chalkboard features a list of made-to-order deli sandwiches, such as an Italian Hero and Signature Club (with Gouda pimiento spread!). Some of these will rotate and I can’t wait to see what they come up with! (we had the Club and WOW 🤩)

On the other side of the shop are shelves upon shelves of rubs, sauces, marinades, meal starters, and toppings like pickles and giardiniera. These are favorites handpicked by the owners, many I’ve never seen before and can’t wait to try!
