WIDE AWAKE EATERY 🍳 is more than just breakfast, as the sign suggests…I went there to find out for myself! ☕️

These seasoned local restaurant owners have brought an all-day restaurant concept to Downtown Castle Rock, serving needs from breakfast to dinner to cocktails 🍸

I tried the breakfast tacos and was delighted to have full hearty tacos with all the flavor 😍 The cilantro crema really tied it together for me!

I dined alone (enjoying a kid-free morning) but saw other items that I added to my next-time list like Nashville Hot Chicken Waffles, candied bacon, cinnamon rolls, Cheddar Drop Biscuits, Bananas Foster French Toast, Chilaquiles and more 🥞
