A DAY AT WELLINGTON LAKE 🛶

Camp here or stay for the day, you can easily fill daylight hours here with some hikes, a walk around the scenic lake, fishing and non-motorized water activities 💦

Pre-booking at Wellington Lake is a must, for camping AND day use. You can book online at CastleMountainRec.com…fees are per person (kids under 6 are free!) and they only take card, no cash.

🚗 Just under 2 hours from Castle Rock in Bailey, CO! The road here is bumpy so bring a car that is fit for a rocky dirt road.

🛶 Rentals are available! You should also pre book those too.

🥾 The area around Wellington Lake is ripe with trails, but you can find some lovely trails/paths inside the grounds here. My kids loved exploring the forests 🌲

🚽 Amenities, though limited, are available!

🛜 Don’t expect to get work done here, you won’t find much signal! Enjoy unplugging for a bit! 😄
