Fun fact: this is where Mr. Castle Rock Families and I first stopped when we flew in to look at homes in Colorado 🏡

WBY is a place that leaves an impression! With great food, fantastic beer, and an inviting atmosphere, I’m always looking forward to the next visit.

🍺 You’ll find a clean kolsch and popular hazies, plus some fun experimental stout and sour flavors. I’m rarely disappointed. The oak aged helles is a must-try.

🍔 Some of my favorite food items are found at WBY. The Bavarian Nachos (or Slaw & Order Nachos) are one of my favorite dishes…unlike regular Mexican nachos, you’ll find a pile of house made chips, cheese sauce, elk sausage, slaw, sauerkraut, and jalapeños. I’ll order this 100% the time I stop in. Also great items to try are the curds, the Sloppy Joe, the BLT, and-my favorite- the BIG MIC burger. Other popular items include POUTINE and MAC.

WBY underwent a kitchen overhaul last year, so if you haven’t been back in awhile, I encourage you to head back!

☀️ With plenty of patio space in front and back, WBY is great for groups who want to enjoy some brews in the fresh air. Encourage your kids to stay out in the back patio area!

🧀 Speaking of kids, they have a kids menu that includes their amazing Mac and cheese. I’m always picking at my kids’ Mac because it includes a house made cheese sauce. I could order an adult portion, but it’s always better to eat someone else’s 😆
