I have your next adult night out, and that’s WOLF PEACH in Parker, Colorado!

This little spot tucked away in a South Parker strip mall packs pizazz with sultry interior decor and a decadent menu. I can truly say everything on the menu (with cold and hot small plates plus entrees) sounded intriguing and different.

Items we ordered for our girls night:

BEETS (with goat cheese, pistachio and more)

RICOTTA GNOCCHI (with lump crab)

SHORT RIBS (with carrot puree)

BUTTERNUT RISOTTO (with pomegranate seeds)

My favorite with the ricotta gnocchi…it was rich with a perfect texture for me (a bite on the outside, warm and pillowy on the inside).

Not pictured, we ended with carrot cake with a banana foam. Unique! The banana foam was different but added a fun little zap of flavor.

And yes the drinks 🥃 Never one to turn down an old fashioned, I ordered both a Caramel Ancho Old Fashioned (not spicy but a nice sip) and the Mezcal Old Fashioned. On the small side, but worth the splurge to have a well mixed beverage.

Can’t wait to make a reservation for this spot this summer on the patio ☀️
